Tchoukball
PE.0720

Tchoukball is an indoor, team sport played with a ball, combining elements of ultimate frisbee, basketball and a trampoline. The game is played on a large rectangle court with two half circles at both ends where there is a "frame" that appears to look like a trampoline at a 55 degree angle that you shoot toward. This tramp causes the ball to rebound higher than the original shot. In order to score a point, the ball must be thrown by an attacking player, hit the frame and bounce outside the half circle without being caught by the defending team. Physical contact is prohibited, and defenders may not attempt to intercept the offensive team's passes. Players may take three steps with the ball, hold the ball for a maximum of three seconds, and teams may not pass the ball more than three times before shooting at the frame.
